Biography
I am a Research Scientist at Meta Platforms, working on Machine Learning and AI. My work focuses on building large language model (LLM)-based systems and multimodal machine learning models for sentiment analysis at scale on Facebook, as well as designing autonomous ML modeling agents for iterative model development. I am passionate about Generative AI, Multimodal AI, Diffusion Models, Computer Vision, and Foundational Models.
I received my Ph.D. in Financial Mathematics from Florida State University in December 2024, where my research centered on Langevin Dynamics and Diffusion Models for sampling in Machine Learning and Generative AI. I received B.S. degree in Mathematics and B.B.A. degree in Finance, Summa Cum Laude, from The University of Mississippi in 2019. I was also an Honors Scholar with a research thesis in Portfolio Optimization methods.
Prior to my full-time role at Meta, I interned as an ML Software Engineer PhD Intern at Meta (Summer 2024), working on multimodal content understanding and audio representations. I also had experience working in the insurance and banking industry at Wells Fargo and Reinsurance Group of America, where my work focused on data analytics and machine learning in finance.
